Atiom is an AI-powered performance platform helping service-first brands — led by hospitality — get the best from their frontline teams. We're a ~30-person company with enterprise clients including IHG, Accor and Minor Hotels, and design sits at the centre of what we ship next.
Let's be direct about the shape of this role, because it's the whole point: this is a hands-on generalist role, and that's by design. You'll work across surfaces as the product demands — one quarter deep in our admin platform, the next in a feature's interaction logic, the next evolving the design system. If you want to own one narrow specialism inside a large design org, this isn't your role. If you're the designer who gets restless inside those orgs — who wants real scope, direct access to the CTO and VP Product, and an AI-first workflow that removes the production drudgery — this is the best seat we have.
You'll be our most senior designer: a player-coach who spends around 70% of their time designing, mentors our product designer, and raises the bar for how design works here. You'll report to the VP Product.
Our mobile app is mid-redesign with an external studio and our in-house designer — you'll inherit influence over that surface as it matures, not a rescue mission.
Make the Hub — the platform our enterprise customers use to run their programmes — genuinely self-service. Usable enough that customers succeed without leaning on our customer success team, especially through complex onboarding.
Evolve our system to accelerate production, not to be admired. Unification across our surfaces comes with it.
Push our design process further into AI-assisted territory — from research to spec to rendered screens.
