Own quality across Atiom's React and Flutter products — from exploratory testing and release confidence to the automated coverage that lets the team ship fast.
Atiom is building the next generation of its platform — a large-scale Flutter rebuild alongside an established React web application. We're looking for a senior QA professional who sees quality as more than manual testing: someone who will own how quality is built into our products from the ground up.
You'll work closely with developers throughout the development lifecycle, designing pragmatic testing strategies, expanding automated coverage, and steadily raising release confidence across two products used by enterprise clients around the world. Hands-on, influential, and with real scope to shape how quality is delivered for years to come.
Design and evolve the QA process across Atiom Hub (React) and Atiom Mobile (Flutter) — creating clear test plans, deciding what to automate versus explore manually, and continuously improving how the team ships with confidence.
Validate new features, uncover edge cases through exploratory testing, and expand automated API and end-to-end coverage using Playwright and Flutter integration testing. Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline so quality is built in, not bolted on.
Work closely with developers throughout feature development — providing early feedback, reproducing and prioritising issues with Product and Support, and helping raise engineering quality across the team through practical, shareable standards.
