At Atiom (Accelertrain Company Limited), we respect your privacy and take the protection of your personal data seriously. This Data Deletion Policy explains how you can request the deletion of your personally identifying information (PII) associated with your Atiom account, while allowing us to maintain your app usage statistics for analytical purposes. If you wish to delete your PII from our system, please follow these steps:

• Compose an email to support@atiom.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
• In the body of the email, provide your Atiom user ID and clearly state your request for data deletion. Your user ID is essential for us to identify your account and process your request accurately.
• Send the email to support@atiom.app, and our support team will acknowledge receipt of your request.

Please note that upon completion of your data deletion request, all of your personally identifying data, such as your name and email address, will be permanently removed from our system. However, we will retain your anonymized app usage statistics for the purpose of improving our services and for any other legitimate interests.

The Atiom support team is committed to processing your data deletion request within 30 days from the date of receipt. Once the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from our support team.

By submitting a data deletion request, you acknowledge and accept that you may lose access to certain features or services within the Atiom mobile app, and that the deleted data cannot be recovered.
