The selection was unveiled on 18 September. Three of these hotels earned Three Keys, 19 earned Two Keys and 47 earned One Key. MICHELIN describes One Key as a very special stay, Two Keys as an exceptional stay and Three Keys as an extraordinary stay.

A Key recognises the whole stay: the welcome, the room, the table. It is delivered by frontline teams, shift after shift, and the Keys belong to the hotels and the people who run them.

“When teams are better trained, they deliver more confident, personalized, and consistent service, transforming a stay from functional to memorable.”
Matt Spriegel, Founder of Atiom
